Compliance Matters

I. Annual Returns

All companies are required to file Annual Returns with the Registrar General at the end of each financial year. Failure to do so attracts a penalty of MK10 per director as well as MK10 for the company for every day that they are in default.

II. Business Names Renewal

All Business registrations will expire 3 years from the date of registration. Clients are required to submit an application for renewal before the expiry date in order to avoid inconveniences once the certificate expires.
