Registration of Businesses and Non Profit Making Entities:
I. Business Names
We register and administer sole proprietorships and partnerships.
Once registered these are renewable every three years as is required by the law.
There are two ways of registering these entities: the online business registration system,
where a user can submit an application online and the basic registration service, where
the client walks in to one of our offices to register. This mandate is derived from the Business Registration Act.
