The mission of the department of Registrar General is to create and maintain a regulated and viable environment for the registration of industrial property rights, commercial entities and civil events.

Core Objectives

* To promote the respect and observance of industrial property rights through an efficient and effective system of promotion and registration.

*To provide an improved and effective system of registration, incorporation and dissolution of companies, business names, farmers stop orders, bills of sale and other commercial transactions.

*To provide an improved and effective system for the collection of Stamp Duties and Estate Duties
